With 34 years’ experience in Food Service, Hospitality, Event Planning, Menu Design and Recipe development, I’m living my dream of cooking, creating and entertaining at my favorite place in the world – Priest Lake, Idaho.
Rob
Rob is an outdoor enthusiast and bushcraft and survival teacher. He i also an award winning BBQ Pitmaster who specializes in smoked meats and Dutch Oven camp cuisine. When I can drag him out of the forest or off of his beloved sailboat, Stella, or pry a fly rod out of his hands he’s my right hand guy.
